HC-One's Haven care home loves saying thank you and yesterday their Colleagues of the Month received gifts of appreciation for their efforts in making Haven a wonderful environment for Residents and Colleagues alike.
Leanne, the Head Housekeeper, was nominated by the Area Director, Kirsty, for her continued support to Haven care home and other homes, along with her continuing hard work in her day-to-day role and as the home infection control lead.
Tracey, one of Haven's lovely Nursing Assistants, was also nominated by Area Director Kirsty, for her commitment and dedication to providing kind care and for achieving her Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care.
Mel, the Wellbeing Coordinator, was nominated by the Home Manager, Daryl. Mel only joined Haven a few months ago but has made a massive impact and improved the wellbeing of all the community at Haven by ensuring lots of fantastic activities are taking place.
Shabin, the Night Carer, has also recently joined and has received really positive feedback from Residents and Colleagues and has been a breath of fresh air to the home.
Haven regularly recognises achievements in the care home, including monthly Colleague of the Month awards.
